T730 Call Off - Hex Tiered Seating

This is a call off contract from our Furniture Framework T730. The suppliers are bound by the original terms and conditions. We require supply and installation of the exact product as per the design. Alternatives will not be accepted for this project. We are yet to confirm colours but will do when we place the order. We are hoping this does not affect price but please let us know if it will. We would like these installed as soon as possible, ideally prior to Christmas. If this timescale seems too tight, please let us know. We expect returns by 12 noon on Wednesday 09th Nov. We appreciate this is a quick turnaround so please let us know if there are any issues meeting this deadline. Requirements: *subject to structural load confirmation* we are proposing to install a tiered seating solution to the upper mezzanine level of the Hexagon building. This has been designed via OCEE design as per the attached and we would like it costed as is. We would be looking for the entire structure to be supplied and installed by one manufacturer including all seating proposed which must accommodate 100 seats minimum. The design currently proposes 101 OCEE Audi Foursure units. Site Visits are optional, please contact us directly to arrange this but all other clarifications MUST be asked via Proactis. We would be looking for install as close to Christmas as possible, with the absolute latest being finalised by the start of Jan term (16th) Please note there is no pricing schedule to complete for this project. We are instead using the built in 'items' feature.
