The successful supplier shall demonstrate the skills and experience to provide the VTF with resources who can provide support in the following areas: 1. Supply Chain: o Supply Chain end-to-end mapping o Supply Chain Risk Management o Supply Chain Modelling 2. Commercial Management The supplier must: • Ensure that it fully understands the Authority's requirements and identifies the optimum resource(s) to fulfil those requirements in the most efficient and effective manner and submits its proposed resource(s) promptly following receipt of the Authority requirements. • Ensure that it promptly mobilise and deploy the resources to commence delivery of the requirements, following agreement of the relevant work package. • Manage, in conjunction with the Authority, the performance of the resource(s) deployed, consistent with the scope of the work package. • Work in compliance with applicable BEIS and DHSC policies and processes, including information storage and security, as directed by the Authority. • Identify and manage/mitigate risks relating to the provision of the resource service. • The supplier and its deployed resources must work effectively across multi-disciplinary civil service teams and other 3rd parties to ensure successful delivery of work packages. • The supplier and its deployed resources may also be required to o Producing and presenting reports to other government departments (OGDs) o Managing relationships across all OGDs with an interest in work packages o Managing requests for information from government commissions and OGDs within required timelines and in line with Authority information sharing guidelines as notified by the Authority. • Seek to identify and deliver opportunities to add value to the Authority in the performance of the work packages, through the application of innovation, best practice and raising capabilities of civil servants (e.g. through running training events). • Ensure that it can maintain continuity of provision of the resources with the necessary skills and experience. E.g. in the event of absence (e.g. leave or sickness). • Manage all data and information it creates or uses in compliance with Authority policies and ensure it performs effective handovers to the individual(s) or team(s) identified by the Authority prior to completion of each work package. • Deliver on the Social Values commitments made as part of the call-off contract.
