Cefas require a PI-10 high-speed colour line scan-based plankton imaging instrument which will enable connection to the water supply of the RV Cefas Endeavour, and allow water to be continuously pumped through the system from a depth of 4 m as the vessel is underway. The imaging instrument is required to image all zooplankton of size above 100 μm passing through a flow cell. All images will be in colour and are required to be captured and processed by a controlling PC (minimum specification Windows 10) and are required to be saved onto an internal and external hard drive.
