This contract is for the provision of high quality information, advice and guidance to residents of the London Borough of Brent. This will be a professional service which is accessible to all and delivered free of charge. The Independent Advice and Guidance (IAG) service will be delivered as a face-to-face service in multiple locations across the borough as well as through a range of channels. The service will be accessible to all sector of the community and will cover a range of topics from benefits advice, debt management, employment rights and many others. The contract will be for a period of two years with the option of two single-year extensions (2+1+1). The maximum contract value will be £500,000 per annum and 2,000,000 over the Contract Period. Additional information: The Services to which the Procurement relate fall within the "Light Touch Regime" (LTR) governing procurement of Health, Social, Education and Other Service Contracts.
