Description

NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board is inviting interested providers to apply to be part of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Vasectomy Services for the population of Leeds. To provide a community vasectomy service for patients registered with a GP Practice. The service will deliver an innovative, high quality, efficient service closer to patients' home. The service will: -Offer patients a choice of locations and appointment times, ensuring equitable timely and appropriate access; -Ensure that patients are seen and treated in a safe environment, most appropriate to their care needs; -Provide best value for money, delivering effective and sustainable use of resources. Additional information: The opportunity will be open to providers to participate until 30th September 2027 and providers can request to participate at any time. Evaluations of applications will take place at least every 3 months.
