Description

The University of East Anglia is seeking to appoint a Production Company to support with Welcome Week 2023. The requirements will be to act as the Principal Contractor, provide a single point of contact for the University and the subcontractors  (All-encompassing package, take site possession and install site boundaries), keep an open line of communication to ensure all decisions are mutually agreed upon, ensure RAMS, H&S, accessibility, security and environmental hazards are managed, coordinate build/strike of the Welcome Zone (including returning the site to its original condition) and where needed, work with UEA teams or source subcontractors/designers to fulfil the University's brief.
