The CA is seeking to appoint an external multi-disciplinary supplier to help develop proposals for the new rail station at Thorpe Park. The appointed Consultant will be responsible for achieving Full Business Case (FBC) approval from The Combined Authory's PAT (Project Appraisal Team) via liaison with the CA's Project Team and allocated PMA Case Officer. This document details the deliverables required for Thorpe Park Station. The Consultant is required to describe how each of these work streams will be delivered and price the work accordingly. Full Business Case (FBC): The Consultant is required to, with the support of the CA, achieve submission (into the CA's PMA Assurance Framework) of the FBC for Thorpe Park Station and provision for any resubmissions and clarifications. This will include the preparation and submission of the Full Business Case document and any accompanying appendices. This will likely require some liaison with Network Rail and Train Operating Companies (TOC's) in the preparation of the FBC documentation. An allowance should also be made for virtual attendance at meetings as part of the process. This FBC development work will include virtual collaboration with both Network Rail and Train operating Companies over the assumed operational timetable provisions for the new station which will ultimately affect the Economic Case of the FBC.
