This is a Contract Award notice Cheshire Constabulary and the Office of Police and Crime Commissioner are looking to deliver a powerful, and memorable behavioural change video to enhance the already established No More Excuses campaign - aiming to tackle the issue of violence against women and girls. Shifting the focus to perpetrators, the campaign sets the standards of appropriate behaviour and calls upon the public to challenge and call out the worrying cultural acceptance of sexual harassment. This behavioural change campaign supports the Constabulary's wider Safer Streets initiative. Campaign aim: The No More Excuses campaign aims to prevent violence against women and girls, educate on harmful behaviours - eradicating cultural acceptance - and reduce the fear of sexual violence in public spaces, primarily associated with the night time economy. Specific video aim: The video will change viewers attitudes towards violence against women and girls and therefore change their behaviour. Perpetrators (or possible perpetrators) will change the way they treat women, and society will stand with women - challenging inappropriate behaviour and intervening safely and effectively. We want people talking about our video - however this cannot be achieved through any idea that could be considered offensive.
