Water Feature Maintenance Contract

Description

The Commonwealth War Graves Commission is seeking tenders from suitably qualified suppliers for the provision of a Water Feature Maintenance Service Provider on the Canada Memorial, Green Park, London. The provider will be fully established and experienced in maintaining water features in the London area. Regular site visits will be required including; water tests and treatment to ensure compliance with statutory regulations, the full service requirements of a water feature, as per the O&M manual. Where required; Employment of specialist sub-contractors for servicing of equipment (Crowcon Gas Detection, Water Softener, PAT Testing). Remote access control of the system will need to be set up and configured. A web based dashboard (or similar) to view and control the operation of the system will be required.
