The West Midlands Growth Company ("WMGC") is the strategic, economic development vehicle for the West Midlands region, and was established by its shareholders: the West Midlands Combined Authority ("WMCA") and its constituent members. WMGC is commissioning the second phase of a Hotel Feasibility Study. Based on the Phase 1 Report analysis, WMGC will work with its local authority shareholders to establish up to 6 sites to be assessed on their feasibility for a hotel development under Phase 2. WMGC are now seeking the production of a Single Report, addressing the feasibility for a hotel development on each of these specific sites.
