Develop a shortlist of potential ABNJ ABMTs that could be developed into future ABMT proposals once the Agreement enters into force. Identification of potential ABMTs should be based on best available evidence on their benefits to biodiversity, feasibility for implementation, assessment of how they meet the BBNJ ABMT objectives*** and chance of success through the BBNJ process.
