Nottingham City Council (the 'Authority' or 'Employer') is seeking tenders from suitably experienced and qualified entities (the 'Tenderer') for the provision of services This Contract will consist of 2 Lots to deliver the Lot 1 - Water Treatment Programme and Service and Lot 2 - Installation of Reverse Osmosis Plant. Subject to suitability, the Authority is seeking to appoint a Contractor for either lot or both lots and reserves the right not to award any contract. Tenderers may bid for any number or combination of Lots. Each Lot will be evaluated individually using the responses submitted by the tenderer for that Lot. Tenderers must submit a completed submission for each and every Lot they are bidding for i.e. if a tenderer bids for 2 Lots, they will complete and return two submissions, if they are bidding for 1 Lot, then will complete and return one submission
