Text to be corrected in the original notice: Place of text to be modified: None Instead of: None Read: VII.2)Other additional information: In accordance with regulation 55(1) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, Royal Holloway and Bedford New College (also known as Royal Holloway University of London), has taken the decision not to proceed with the Procurement for the following reasons: the financial pressures that the increased costs of borrowing taken together with the increase in construction costs mean that the Project, in its current form, is no longer financially viable for RHUL. Other additional information: In accordance with regulation 55(1) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, Royal Holloway and Bedford New College (also known as Royal Holloway University of London), has taken the decision not to proceed with the Procurement for the following reasons: the financial pressures that the increased costs of borrowing taken together with the increase in construction costs mean that the Project, in its current form, is no longer financially viable for RHUL. Royal Holloway and Bedford New College is seeking to enter into a long-term agreement with one partner to support in meeting its growth strategy and accommodation needs of its students. This will involve the potential delivery (design, build, finance, operation and maintenance (soft and hard FM)) of a c.2000 bed student village through a demand risk partnership over one or more phases and shall also include the stock transfer, finance and operation and maintenance (soft and hard FM services) of its existing student accommodation residence, George Eliot Hall.
