The Smart Messaging platform, complete with its suite of applications and APIs, is designed to help organisations fulfil their messaging requirements across multiple channels, such as SMS, voice, email and Rich Communications Services, "RCS". It is a web-based tool that simultaneously supports the composition and management of outbound and inbound campaigns.
