To prepare a schedule of works, specification and drawings for the proposed basement works at Pierremont Hall a Grade II listed building in Broadstairs, Kent. A summary of the works is attached. Additional information: To appoint all necessary planning consultants, fire and damp specialists, heritage experts and structural engineers. To act as project managers, architects and contract administrators to bring the project to tender stage.
