The Isle of Wight Council invites Quotes from suitably qualified suppliers for the provision of demolition, site clearance, asbestos removal and ground preparation works to sites at (i) Medina Avenue, Newport ; (ii) New Street, Newport; and (iii) Lowtherville, Ventnor, Isle of Wight. The Council requires the Potential Supplier to carry out various works of demolition, site clearance, and preparation for future development at the abovenamed 3 sites. This is a retender of a previously abandoned procurement process (reference: DN714287).
