Dacorum Borough Council Housing Estates Review Review Purpose: To review the Council's housing estate portfolio, and determine the most appropriate regeneration opportunities in order to support the development of the Council's Housing Estates Development Strategy. Desired Outcomes: A review to inform the development of a Housing Estates Strategy which will make the most effective use of Dacorum's Housing Revenue Account (HRA) assets; while supporting housing delivery, place-making and, economic growth. Correspondence must be submitted via the Councils e-tendering portal https://in-tendhost.co.uk/supplyhertfordshire/aspx/Home Please submit your completed tender document via the Council's e-tendering portal no later than 12 noon 19 February 2024. Any tender submitted either manually or by email will not be accepted.
