Description

The Customer wishes to establish a single provider contract for the provision of servicing, repair and maintenance of heavy vehicles, appliances and associated equipment for Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue. The decision has been taken on the grounds that to continue to run the tender at this stage, would not be in the public or market interest, having regard to the change in needs, or, ensure transparency and fair competition in the market. It is the intention of the Commissioner to re-commence this procurement imminently in accordance with regulation 55(1), PCR 2015.
