To Approve the direct award of a contract to Arcadis Consulting Ltd via the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) framework "RM6165 Construction Professional Services - Lot 1: Built Environment" to progress the New Station Footbridge and Station Access Improvements projects (collectively known as the Station Gateway) to delivery stage and maintain the continuity of project development achieved to date through the collaboration between the Council and Arcadis Consulting Limited (Arcadis).
