Market Hill Refurbishment

Description

Bawtry Town Council is looking to resurface the Market Hill pay & display car park on the High Street in Bawtry and create a better shared space environment with the introduction of some 'soft' areas where possible. The intention being to create a balance between minimising a loss in parking spaces and creating a more pleasant pedestrian environment. The contractor will be responsible for traffic management. The program and scheduling will be agreed before commencement and dependant on cost, may be phased. Any phasing requirements to be discussed with the successful tenderer prior to commencement of the work Contractors should refer to the specification/layout and other documents included in the tender pack for full details of the contract requirements.
