Provision of historical SAGE licenses

Description

Sage 1000 support will end from December 2024, and we are moving on to a new solution with Technology One, but we need to have access to the historical data for reporting and audit purposes. For the Authority to access the system, 2 licences are required: 1. Sage 1000 full access license - - valid as long as support contract is in place we will continue to issue & invoice your Sage 1000 license annually as normal until such time you no longer transact on Sage 1000 (up unit 3/12/29). 2. Sage 1000 historical access licence. The minimum number of years the licence can be bought is for 7 years to cover audit and HMRC requirements. Fusion and V1 licenses will continue to be issued alongside the Sage 1000 and included in annual renewals invoice until the Authority no longer requires it. This contract was awarded under a waiver.
