NOTE - This is NOT an opportunity - this contract has been AWARDED. Work Order under Contract 701578645 - MLS for Military Bespoke Learning. There are a number of programmes within the Directorate which are 'In flight' all of which are at differing stages of maturity. It is currently unclear what Training Needs Analysis (TNA) documentation has been produced and of what quality.
