Market Engagement: Provision of a Home from Hospital Service on behalf of South West London Integrated Care Board.

NHS South West London Integrated Care Board (ICB) is developing an Integrated Care Strategy to set the strategic direction for health and care services across the whole geographic area of the Integrated Care system of South West London. Central to the strategy is a focus on activity which keeps care close to home and improve self-referral routes. The Home from Hospital Service in Sutton supports care closer to home and supports Sutton residents to be empowered to connect with onward services which could benefit them. NHS SWL ICB intends to competitively tender the offer of a contract for the provision of this service and are currently developing the specification and contracting process. Therefore this Market Engagement Questionnaire (MEQ) seeks the views and opinions of those organisations that may be interested in delivering the Service. This MEQ and any subsequent responses are in no way legally binding on any party. Participation in the engagement exercise is not a mandatory requirement for participating in any potential future procurement; however, responses received will assist to inform South West London Integrate Care Board as to the level of interest from the market.
