St Helens Borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor for the CRSTS Highway Capital Maintenance Programme 2024/25 - Carriageway Resurfacing Works (Bulk Tender Number 2). Penny Lane - Haydock 10. Queens Road - Haydock 11. Mercer Street - Newton East 12. Mill Lane - Newton East 13. Wargrave Road - Newton East 14. Queens Drive - Newton West 15. Broad Oak Road - Parr 16.
