Gateshead Council is commissioning an evaluation of the current condition of its public art collection. The collection, consisting of a range of sculptures, installations, and other outdoor and indoor artworks, is an important cultural asset. This evaluation aims to assess the physical condition of the artworks and provide recommendations for their future preservation, restoration, or maintenance. As part of this process the Council is conducting a Market Engagement Exercise to establish the level of interest in this opportunity, to gather information and improve our understanding of the market.
