Description

Provision of Recruitment Advertising Service that must be efficient, creative and effective. To partner with a supplier who can provide comprehensive and effective recruitment advertising services, which attract a wide range of candidates and support NHSBT's diversity and inclusion objectives. NHSBT use recruitment advertising selectively, in response to vacancies that arise that require additional attraction channels, and planned campaigns. The requirement can be summarized as follows - • Advise NHSBT on effective strategies to attract talent though advertising and marketing across all types of media, online and offline • Efficiently execute campaigns, providing timely client communication • Where needed, write attractive and effective copy and create high quality designs in line with NHSBT brand • Provide data and evidence to support decision making • Ensure all attraction activities are inclusive and prioritise the attraction of a diverse range of applicants.
