The University of Southampton (UoS) Estates & Facilities department (E&F) is looking to introduce a new Control of Contractors (CoC) Management System that will deliver three core functions. The CoC system will act as a people presence management system, monitoring the safe and secure movement of people throughout its buildings and estate. The delivery of an industry leading Permit to Work system, providing a document management solution and workflow approval processes for the compliant delivery of all UoS E&F permits. To deliver a comprehensive document management solution for all contractor related documentation related to operational works across the UoS estate. The cloud-based CoC solution should unite visitor, contractor, and emergency management procedures, enabling the E&F department to secure their facilities and ensure the safety of every E&F visitor and contractor on Campus. The Integrated Solutions software should allow the E&F department to make strategic, data-driven decisions that mitigate risk, reduce overhead costs and streamline operations.
