All Suppliers invited to this opportunity have passed the minimum requirements of the Procurement hub's Property Works Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) OJEU Reference Number 2019/S 111-270744. South Yorkshire Housing Association sought to appoint a provider for our planned cyclical decorating programme. The project comprised of the pre-painting repairs, full external redecoration and elements of internal redecoration to approximately 5000 Nr occupied dwellings (approximately 1200Nr of which are assisted bed space dwellings) located in various areas of Yorkshire (predominantly South Yorkshire).
