Description

This training course teaches you how to successfully manage stakeholders, build high-performing product teams, and become an inspiring product leader. The Technical Project Managers will learn product leadership techniques and tools that you can immediately apply to increase their influence and authority, achieve greater alignment by setting the right goals. The training is ideally suited for people who want to get better at leading others and take on a senior product role. This training course will teach how to effectively lead others and be an inspiring and inclusive leader, this will align with the expectation of the TPM being the leader of a given product. DVLA have 10 x TPMs who will be attending. They will need to be spread across several courses to ensure there is always team support available. Additionally, only 4 learners from a single employer are allowed on Pichler courses at one time.
