Description

Modern Gov and Election Management System. The management of committee meetings and associated actions, alongside securing retaining councillor records and direct publication to our external/internal webpages, in line with legislation; and the management to securely store, maintain and amend the Electoral Register and to manage the delivery of elections activities on the Isle of Wight. Additional information: The initial term of the contract is 2 years (01/09/24 - 31/08/26) at a cost of £62,284.00. There is the option for a further 12m extension until 31/08/27 making the potential whole life cost £93,426.00 if the extension is utilised.
