Project brief/summary ·Loft insulation to the Connaught Studio roof. ·PV panels to localised areas of the Studio and theatre roofs. ·Heating Modifications in plantroom to allow for future connection of District Heating System. ·Insulation of existing LTHW pipework. ·Variable speed pump installation. ·Heating zone control valves. ·New heating circuit and heater batteries to roof mounted auditorium AHU's. ·Domestic Hot Water Service cylinder to be replaced with a plate heat. exchanger, buffer vessel & ancillaries to suit the district heating energy source. ·Replacement radiators. ·Replace all TRV's with Dynamic radiator control valves (D-TRV's) on heating system. ·New 2 port control valves for zone control. ·New 2 pipe circuit pipework for auditorium to enhance existing single pipe system. ·Zone energy metering.
