The Council are looking to appoint a single provider who has the competency and capacity to deliver a successful Bikeability programme in-line with the national standards in the borough of Rotherham. The Council is committed to a performance and evidence-based approach to Social Value and has partnered with the Social Value Portal (SVP) to assist in the delivery of this.
