Hertfordshire County Council is currently out to procurement for The Provision of Residential Placements for up to five (5) Children and Young People Aged 14 and above with highly challenging behaviour and complex needs at Hitchin Road. This procurement is an Open (one stage process). Organisations wishing to take part in this project are invited to 'express interest' which will give access to the full procurement documents in the e-tendering system. The use of Lots has been considered for this procurement, but have not been used, as the Council requires an integrated and cohesive provision across the Service.
