REPLACEMENT OF HEATING PLANT AND OVERHAUL OF EXISTING AC AND VENTILATION PLANT - AWARD

Description

The complete works to provide replacement of primary heating system boiler plant, along with amendments to the existing buildings: electrical systems, HVAC controls systems, above ground drainage, domestic services cold water, gas distribution and plant room ventilation systems, etc, to enable the plant replacement. The scope is also to include works to overhaul the existing HVAC Controls, AC systems, and supply AHU ventilation systems serving the building, with the intent to make existing HVAC controls, and AC fully operational. In addition, the works shall include for addition of new localised air circulation fans to 3No meeting room 'booth' rooms, to ensure suitable air movement and prevent stagnation of air in the rooms when in use. The works shall include all Mechanical, Electrical, associated Builders Works, making good works, structural works (if required) decoration works, controls, etc, referred to herein and as shown on the tender drawings, For other General definitions pertaining to the Contract please refer to the Contract Administrator Lead document.
