Tender for Completion of West End Avenue Housing Scheme, Smethwick Completion of new build housing scheme at West End Avenue, consisting of 11 separate new dwellings (11 houses)- 7 no. 2 bed semi-detached housing, 1 no. 4 bed detached housing and 3 no. 4 bed semi-detached housing. With associated hard and soft landscaped areas, below ground drainage and adopted highways works. Generally comprising: o Site tidy up o Beam and block ground floors o Masonry load bearing cavity walls, tiled pitched roofs, plastered and decorated finishes internally, kitchens and bathrooms, UPVC windows and doors o Mechanical and electrical installations o Front and rear landscaped gardens, fencing and gates o Highways works including access road, bell mouth and turning head, pavement crossovers, street lighting and sewers o Car parking o Drainage o Masonry retaining walls o Incoming services, utilities and service diversions o Adjustment to storm/surface drainage o Adjustment to existing services o New incoming services o New pitched roof, canopies, dormers, fascia, soffits and rainwater goods o Builders work in connection with services o Minor Hard and soft landscaping o External works The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal.
