SLC is undertaking a piece of work around culture in the organisation, this is both to understand the current position and to understand how we can start to move that. This will help us to foster employee engagement, enhance collaboration and align our colleagues with SLC values and strategic goals, ultimately driving productivity and long-term success. We are in the process completing stage 1 of this work and will have a view on what our current and desired culture is. We then wish to move this on to defining the necessary changes and how to embed them. SLC require subject matter experts (SME) to support this piece of work and help in defining the changes required and planning the embedding activity. With reference to appropriate behavioural science models help SLC to define the specific behavioural changes that would enable the desired future culture. There is an expectation that the programme develops an appropriate toolkit for SLC to be able to continue the embedding work without the need for external support, including any appropriate steps the SME would advise the organisation to implement to best achieve success.
