Rosehill 2024 - New Development

Description

The Authority is seeking to appoint a contractor to act as Principal Contractor in the development of new residential properties consisting of eight (8) no. units, with associated car parking and landscaping. The existing structure has already been demolished. The time on site is anticipated to be up to 52 weeks, to start as soon as possible and ideally by March 2025. The successfully awarded Contractor will be required to work together with North Tyneside Council (the Authority) to drive improvements and support the aims and ambitions of the Contract. Tenderers should note that site access can be facilitated on 28th October at 1pm or 30th October at 9am for those who have expressed an interest via the NEPO Portal in advance.
