St Ives Town Council Cleaning Contract Tender 2025

Description

St Ives Town Council wishes to award a contract for cleaning of buildings and public toilets in the town of St Ives, Cambridgeshire. The cleaning service will cover: a) Cleaning buildings including St Ives Town Hall, Burleigh Hill Community Centre and the Norris Museum b) Cleaning public toilets: the Globe car park and Cattle Market car park There is the possibility that during the contract period individual sites may be added or removed from the contract. This will be done with the agreement of the contractor. The contract will run between 1st April 2025 and 31st March 2028. The Town Council will have the option to extend the contract for a further two years. Either the Contractor or the Town Council will have the option to terminate the contract by giving three months' notice.
