Description

The DVLA is an Executive Agency of the Department for Transport (DfT), based in Swansea. The DVLA's primary aims are to facilitate road safety and general law enforcement by maintaining accurate registers of drivers and vehicle keepers and to collect Vehicle Excise Duty (VED). The Information Technology Service (ITS) department require a flexible 1 year contract for Offsec Learn Unlimited subscription licences, with the option to extend for an additional year twice (1+1+1). We currently require Learn Unlimited subscriptions for up to 4 delegates who require flexible specialist training in their field. Users should be able to access a digital online training platform offering on-demand training content as and when the need arises, allowing delegates the flexibility to balance life and learning while reducing stress and time pressure.
