The Chief Digital Product Office for the Valuation Office Agency (CDPO:VOA), which sits within the Chief Digital and Information Officer (CDIO) Group in HMRC, is responsible for running and maintaining systems and applications used by the VOA. The VOA are the public sector's property valuation experts and advisers, providing the valuations needed to support local taxation and benefits Some of the systems and applications are nearly 30 years old, out-of-support and end-of-life. From approx. Q1 2024/25 cloud applications will start to replace heritage systems and applications. The CDPO:VOA require specialist technical and DevSecOps support to deliver this transformation programme.
