The main objective for this commission is to help record the impact generated by the Walsall & Bloxwich Town's Deal and the fund's return on investment. This will in part be measured through the impact on footfall data. The contract requirements will be to accurately record footfall data within specified areas through: The provision of mapping out the required geographical boundaries for the Walsall & Bloxwich Town Deal projects sites; The provision of producing historical footfall data for the sites to establish the baseline to measure funding impact; The provision of software to enable the recording of footfall data going forward; The provision of footfall data, monitoring reports and dashboards, including any additional data, such as footfall demographics in the Walsall & Bloxwich area, so that the increase in footfall can be quantified as a benefit where possible. Additionally, the Council require the ability to monitor and measure footfall across Walsall Borough including but not limited to the parks across the borough.
