Relandscaping Upper St Andrew's Gardens

Description

Gravesham Borough Council is looking for an appropriately skilled contractor to undertake hard and soft landscaping works to improve an area of riverside public realm within Gravesend town centre. The scheme set out within these documents also reflects what the community have told us they want to see from open spaces, which includes improved, accessible, open spaces. We are therefore seeking a range of options to deliver works set out within this pack, with a value ranging from £260k to £400k. Whilst there are a potential 5 phases to this scheme, this procurement focuses on development of Phase I for up to £260k, with an additional sum up to £150k which may be used to either expand the area of work into other phases, or enhance the deliverables from the works.
