The Council require a sole Provider to manage and provide Security services for the Hub located within Durham City Centre. The aim of the Hub is to provide a safe refuge, support, and guardianship to women. It also provides services, support and assistance to anyone in a position of fear, distress and vulnerability within the night time economy. The provision of security is required to safeguard staff and users of the service within the stationary access point. 1 SIA Registered personnel will be required each Saturday night between 21:00PM - 03:00AM and Wednesday evenings between 21:00PM - 03:00AM (Wednesday are during University Term Time only). Please note these times are subject to change and other days/times may be required and will be requested in writing by the Contract Manager, with a minimum of 7 days notice.
