The Engineering Construction Industry Training Board (ECITB) are pleased to welcome bids for the provision of a contract to provide E-learning design, development and testing services for ECITB courses. The contract will provide services to support ECITB in the development of it's E-Learning courses of which full details can be found within the attached, detailed specification.
