Epping Forest District Council are looking for a consultant to help us develop a strategy that will enable us to utilise our operational assets to achieve our goals of: •Increasing efficiency •Increasing income generation •Reducing carbon emissions and energy costs The strategy is to consider options for seven operational properties.
