High Speed Two Limited (HS2 Ltd) is seeking to procure ISO Certification, Carbon Management Assessment and Environmental Data Verification Consultancy Services as per the following Lots: Lot 1 - ISO Certification and Carbon Management Assessment Services - As part of this Lot, HS2 Ltd intends to appoint a Supplier to provide certification services of its management systems to the following standards: - ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management - ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management - ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System - The latest standard for Carbon Management in Infrastructure, as determined by the British Standards Institution (BSI) (e.g. PAS2080:2016). The Supplier will provide evidence for HS2 Ltd. 's continual compliance to the certified management systems and identify areas for continual improvement. This will support the continued effectiveness and efficiencies of HS2 Ltd. 's internal controls. Lot 2: Environmental Data Verification Services - As part of this Lot, HS2 Ltd intends to appoint a Supplier to provide environmental data verification services to support development and publication of its annual Environmental Sustainability Progress Report (ESPR) statement. The Supplier will help HS2 Ltd ensure that best practices are adhered to in relation to environmental data assurance, data reporting systems and any topic specific requirements e.g., carbon management. To assist HS2 Ltd in determining the most appropriate route to market for its requirements, in this present instance HS2 Ltd is seeking expressions of interest from potential suppliers. Each expression of interest must state the supplier's name, an email address which can be used by HS2 Ltd to contact the supplier, and the Lot(s) for which the supplier is interested in submitting a tender. Please note: 1) Suppliers are invited to express an interest in providing these services in respect of Lots 1 and/or 2. Suppliers will have the opportunity to bid for an individual lot or both lots. 2) This notice is not a call for competition. 3) This procurement may be launched in due course by the publication of a Finder Tender Service Notice (subject to the Procurement Procedure elected to be used by HS2 Ltd). However, HS2 Ltd reserves the right to perform an alternative procurement procedure. 4) HS2 Ltd reserves the right not to commence any procurement or award any contract in respect of this opportunity. 5) The information contained in this notice may be subject to change.
