North Tees & Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust have utilised the North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative NOECPC Framework - Patient Level Costing System (PLICS). The Trust utilised a direct award to supplier Iqvia Solutions Ltd for the provision of the Patient Level Costing System (PLICS) Software Licences, Support and Maintenance.
