3.1 As cyber-attacks become more frequent and sophisticated, HSE needs to ensure that their systems are safe, secure and protected. 3.2 The successful Contractor will provide expertise to enable HSE to meet Cabinet Office security outcomes as described in the Security Policy Framework (https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/security-policy-framework).
