Blackpool Council is looking to appoint a single supplier to carry out periodic inspection and testing of electrical installations (fixed wiring testing). Blackpool Council wishes to appoint a Contractor who can clearly demonstrate the ability to meet our requirements and who offers the most economically advantageous bid.
