Market Engagement day - Replacement of the London Stadium PA/VA system

London Stadium Market Engagement Session- LS1290 Replacement of the Public Address Voice Alarm London Stadium 185 is seeking to engage the market regarding the replacement of our PA/VA system. London Stadium 185 (LS185) are looking to procure a supplier to replace the PA/VA system at the stadium, this is a fully integrated system with 21 rack locations containing power amplifiers and associated processing. This would include the decommissioning of some equipment and the replacement of the system. We would like to invite interested suppliers to a Pre-Market Engagement Supplier Event in relation to an imminent requirement to procure for this system. The purpose of this Pre-Market Engagement is to: a) Alert the market to a potential opportunity b) Provide an overview of the requirement and the procurement process c) Test the scope and feasibility of our requirements d) Seek feedback and soft-market testing in order to refine requirements The event will be held virtually on Microsoft teams and will consist of a presentation followed by an open Question and Answer (Q&A) session of 15 minutes The event will be followed by 1:1 break-out sessions between London Stadium and suppliers lasting no-more than 15 minutes with each supplier. If you would like to book onto a break-out session please outline this within your response to this invitation and you will be allocated a timeslot and advised of the time in advance. Should suppliers wish to attend this Pre-Market Engagement Event they are requested to respond and provide the names of no-more than two attendees via the Delta e-sourcing portal messaging facility by no-later-than 17:00 on Wednesday 20th April 2022. Please also outline: - Whether you would like to book a 15 minute 1:1 break-out slot IT Platform of Event: Invites will be sent with a link to Microsoft teams Date of Event: Friday 22nd April 2022 Time of Event: 9.30-12.30 followed by 121 sessions of 15 mins Deadline for Responses Confirming Attendance: 17:00 Wednesday 20th April 2022.
